Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Megan Niell brings warmth, creativity, and a guest-focused approach to every appointment at Centre Salons & Spas. Since entering the beauty industry in 2019, Megan has continued growing her skills, building meaningful guest relationships, and creating hair that feels both beautiful and personalized.
Megan discovered her passion for hairstyling after taking a break from university and exploring beauty school — a decision that quickly turned into a career she genuinely loves. Encouraged by a family friend who was already part of the Centre team, Megan attended the Aveda Institute Denver and has been growing her career in the salon industry ever since.
She especially loves creating bright, dimensional highlights and customized color services that enhance each guest’s natural beauty while fitting their lifestyle and maintenance goals. Megan is passionate about helping guests feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout every appointment.
Known for her thoughtful and attentive nature, Megan focuses heavily on building genuine relationships with her guests. She takes detailed notes about each client so she can remember important details about their lives, helping every visit feel personal, welcoming, and connected.

Outside the salon, Megan enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and being with her boyfriend and loved ones around Colorado.
