Some color services require more than a standard appointment. Our Custom Color Experience is designed for advanced services such as corrective color, major transformations, first-time blonding, bleach & tones, fashion colors, grey blending, and other specialty color techniques.
These appointments are billed hourly, giving your stylist the flexibility to customize every step of your service without being limited by a traditional menu. Because every head of hair is different, appointment length and color investment vary based on your hair's density, length, history, desired result, and the amount of product required. Color product is measured precisely using Salon Scale, so you pay only for what is used.
Advanced color services are often completed over multiple sessions to protect the health and integrity of your hair. Before your appointment, you'll complete a consultation and sign a Custom Color Agreement acknowledging estimated timing, pricing, recommended home care, and the possibility of multiple visits to safely achieve your desired result.
