Today, Allison serves as Chief Operating Officer of Legacy Salon Group and Head of Education across all Legacy Salon Group locations, where she leads operational strategy, team development, and educational excellence across the organization. She works closely with leadership teams to implement innovative business practices, strengthen salon culture, and create scalable systems that support long-term growth and success.
In recent years, Allison has immersed herself in advanced leadership development and business training, continually refining her expertise in operational strategy, team coaching, and organizational growth.
