Michelle Madden is a Colorado-based stylist with a passion for creating personalized hair experiences that help guests feel confident, refreshed, and cared for at Centre Salons & Spas. After graduating from the Aveda Institute Denver, Michelle joined Centre Salons and has continued growing her career through advanced education, hands-on experience, and strong guest relationships.

With a background that began in esthetics at age 17, Michelle quickly fell in love with the salon environment and the creativity of the beauty industry. Today, she specializes in customized haircuts and color services, with a particular love for short women’s haircuts and creating looks that are polished, wearable, and tailored to each guest’s individual style.

Michelle believes the key to a great salon experience is listening carefully and taking the time to make every detail feel right. Her thoughtful consultations, attention to precision, and commitment to guest satisfaction have helped her build long-term relationships with guests who trust her consistency and care.
Passionate about continuing education, Michelle regularly attends advanced classes, industry events, and Aveda education to stay current with evolving trends, techniques, and new approaches to hair. She is always striving to strengthen her technical skills while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

Michelle values integrity, kindness, creativity, honesty, empathy, learning, and service and loves being part of a salon team built on strong relationships and loyal guests. Outside the salon, Michelle enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, traveling, spa days, spending time with friends and family, and staying active whenever possible.

For Michelle, one of the most rewarding parts of her career is the genuine connection she builds with guests over time. Whether it’s helping someone feel more confident through a haircut or simply creating a welcoming and positive experience, she loves making people feel cared for both inside and out.
