Rather than simply cutting it all off, Sophia patiently worked to preserve as much of the guest’s hair as possible while creating a manageable new style. Helping her guest leave feeling confident during a difficult time reinforced exactly why Sophia chose this career: hair can have an incredible impact on how someone feels about themselves.
