This program is completely customizable, self-paced and catered to various learning styles—so no matter where you are now, you’ll be given the tools you need to shine bright as an artist.

As part of our New Artist Training Program, you’ll learn how to build a successful and sustainable career as a stylist through exceptional customer care, retail knowledge and a combination of technical and soft skills. You’ll be paired with mentors who will guide you throughout the program—so wherever you are at in the program, you’ll be supported and encouraged to grow your talent.
